Description: The Singapore Sports School is a specialized independent school providing a conducive academic and training environment for teenagers aspiring to be sports athletes. Under the auspices of the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports, the school was officially opened by then Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong on 2 April 2004.
